县域经济协调发展战略研究

On the Harmonious Development of County Economy

县域经济是我国区域经济中一种特殊的类型。随着我国工业化和城市化的加速发展,县域经济发展受到影响,以县域经济为载体的三农问题由此成为当前社会经济发展中的焦点。文章从县域经济的特点、作用出发,论述了县域经济发展中若干重大战略问题,对县域经济进行了定位。文章认为,县域经济发展的实质是三农问题,发展的重点在于制度创新,制定政策时要因地制宜,分类指导。要树立科学发展观,应允许一定程度上的不平衡发展。

County economy is a special kind of regional economy. As the repaid development of industrialization and urbanization of our country in the recent years, the county economy are ignored in some extent, so some problems come into being, especially the problems about the farmers, agriculture and countryside. This becomes the big obstacle on the road to realize the modernization of China. Focusing on harmonious development of county economy, this paper has given us some important conclusions about the county economic development strategies, points out that the substantive matter of the development of county economy is the problems about the farmers, agriculture and countryside.
