摘要
合理地增加训练负荷和强度是迅速提高运动成绩的好方法。运动实践告诉我们,运动水平的提高,都是由于在不断加大强度训练的条件下,坚持多年系统地大运动量训练的结果。从生理学、运动医学观点来看,适宜的强度刺激能提高机体的适应能力,增强其机能,小的强度刺激对机体影响较小,机能能力提高不明显,当然过大的强度刺激也会降低其机能能力,甚至有损于身体健康。因此我们认为寻找适宜的训练强度乃是一个复杂而又有现实意义的工作。
Increasing the load and intensity of training properly is a good way of speedily improving sports performance. By collecting
data from football training and from some 20 matches in international and national (Division'A') tournaments, and by testing
and analysing the heart rates of the players, this paper sets forth standard intensities of work and concrete measures for control-
ling the amount of exercise in training and competition.
