随着改革浪潮的迅猛发展,体育社会化方兴未艾,企业办高水平运动队被提上了议事日程。一些优秀运动队改用企业的名字,一些企业办起了体育俱乐部。新的事物为体育界和企业界注入了一股活力,也从理论与实践上提出了不少新的问题。本文从简析国内外企业办运动队的历史和现状入手,着重论述我国当前企业办高水平运动队的必要性和可能性,展望它的前景。一、企业办运动队是不是“舶来品”

In China today, it is both necessary and feasible for sports teams to be run by enterprises. The keyto success lies in a good knowledge of the laws governing economic work and sports undertaking and theability to coordinate the two in a correct way. In view of China's actual condition, one of the waystopromote both economic and sports development is to set up sports clubs in various enterprises——a kindof non-governmental sports groups which are more or less independent and which have the support of theenterprises and are geared to the needs of society.
