处于紧张状态的中美洲地区形势,1986年仍不容乐观。只要造成危机的内外部因素不发生实质变化,该地区仍将紧张动荡。美入侵尼目前看来可能性不大,但也不排除发生突发事件的可能。该地区总的形势有可能是时紧时缓,起伏不定。
The situation in Central America which has been tense will not be muchbetter in 1986.So long as no substantial changes take place in the internal and ex-ternal factors that caused the crisis,the region will continue to be in turbulence.Atpresent a U.S.invasion of Nicaragua is not likely to happen but the possibility ofan exigency cannot be ruled out.The general situation in this region will probablystill be undulate,easing down a bit and getting tense again intermittently.
