摘要
云南省地质矿产勘查开发局 (集团公司 )顺应地质勘查行业管理体制改革 ,按产业实施重组 ,将矿产勘查开发与矿业权经营产业整合 ,组建规范化的股份有限公司。本文简要介绍云南地矿资源股份有限公司股份制改造的实践及运行情况和效果 ,并结合工作实践总结了五点经验。
Yunnan Geology and Mineral Resources Exploration Development Bureau conforms to the management restructuring in the geological prospecting industry. The specific methods used in clude: implement reorgnization according to the industry, integrate the mineral exploration and development and mining rights operation into a normalization limited liability company. The paper briefly introduces the real situation for shareholding reform in Yunnan Mineral Resources Limited Liability Company and sums up five experiences based on the practice.
