摘要
给患者进行针刺疗法时常会引起一种特殊的复杂的感觉,称为“针感”。针感中是否包含疼痛的成分,抑或其本身就是一种特殊形式的疼痛(所谓“以痛制痛”),这是研究针刺问题时难以解决的课题之一。本工作以罕见病“先天性无痛症”的患者为对象,试图借以探讨针感和痛觉的关系。受试与实验方法实验受试为先天性无痛症患者二例,另随机选取年龄相当的男(12至14岁)、女(9(1/2)至11岁)儿童各10名作为对照。无痛症患儿例一82年检查一次(20天)例二81年至83年每年各检查一次。
In this study two rare cases,Case 1(Jing,female,10 years old)and Case 2(Wang,male,13 years old),with congenital insensitivity to painwere used to explore the relationshipbetween needling sensation and painsensation.For comparison,20 normalchildren at the same age stage wereselected as a control group.As the results indicated,normalchildren mainly felt pain during needleinserting and distention during needletwirling.Both needle inserting andtwirling produced in them significantdecrease of the pulse amplitude andfluctuation of respiration wave,aswell as behavioral reactions such asbrow-knitting,body-movements,etc.InCase 1,the reactions of pulse,respi-ration and behavior were about thesame as in normal children during needeinserting or twirling.However,she didnot complain of pain during needle inser-tion while feeling distention during needletwirling.As to Case 2,he has neitherpainsensation nor needling sensation orreaction.It might be inferred that the needl-ing sensation co-exists with autono-mic funion and emotional-behavioral reactions,but is separate from painsensation.
