摘要
根据作者从事麻风病防治工作30余年之所得,按中医辨证的原理将各类麻风病分为6种基本证型。即:血热血瘀型、湿热壅滞型、阴虚湿热型、肝郁血滞型、气血虚弱型和气滞血瘀型,并分别采用自拟清解汤、当归拈痛汤、犀角地黄合化斑汤及升麻葛根汤、自拟疏肝达疏汤、《金鉴》当归饮子和张锡纯活络效灵丹进行治疗。还列举疑难麻风验案6则,以证明辨证分型对麻风病的疗效。同时还对麻风病的转归与正邪的关系,麻风病的病因病机和治疗原则,提出了作者的个人见解。
According to the achievement fr- om working on the prophylaxis and treatment of lepriasis for over 30 years, and to the TCM theory of differentiation. The author has clas- sified all sorts of lepriasis into 6 basic syndromes, blood stasis and blood heat, retenion of damp-heat, bamp-heat caused by Yin deficiency, stagnation of the liver Qi and blood Qi and blood deficieney, and blood stasis due to stagnation of Qi, and he has prescribed different recipes to each syndrom, such as; to clear heat-Dang Gui Nian Tong Tang, Xi Jiao Di Huang He Hua Ban Taang, Sheng Ma Ge Gen Tang, Shu Gan Da Yu Tang, Tang Gui decoction 《Jin Jian》and Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan of Zhang Jun Shun. Also the author has cited 6 difficult cases of lepr asis to prove the effecf by differenfiation diagnosi seonthe lepriasis.
