摘要
利用1999-2006年我国制造业的面板数据,对外商直接投资水平溢出效应和垂直溢出效应同时进行了检验。为了避免外资测度变量选择的偶然性,本文分别选择工业增加值、固定资产投资、从业人数比重作为外资测度变量,以考察外资溢出效应发生的不同途径。检验结果显示,从总体上看,我国外商直接投资存在显著的水平溢出效应、后向溢出效应和前向溢出效应,而且水平溢出效应和前向溢出效应是非线性的。
Foreign direct investment(FDI) can benefit innovation activity in the host country via various spillover channels.Using China manufacture industry data from 1999 to 2006,this study make an attempt to examine spillover effects both within and between sectors.We use three indexes to define FDI share in a sectors,which are values added,fix assets investment and employee,to measure different spillover ways.The results show that,on average,FDI improves domestic companies' productivity through the horizontal and vertical channels.Additional,the mechanisms of spillovers may not be linear.
