摘要
在梳理相关理论的基础上,分析了面向企业自主创新能力提升的校企知识转移的动力机制、激励机制、内化机制和保障机制;继而提出面向企业自主创新能力提升的校企知识转移过程由认知阶段、搜寻阶段、传递阶段、吸收阶段、创新阶段和反馈阶段构成,并构建了过程—因素模型。最后给出了一个案例分析,说明本文主要结论的实用性和有效性。
Based on summarizing related theories,this paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge transfer from university to industry,namely motivation mechanism,excitation mechanism,internalization mechanism and safeguard mechanism.Then this paper proposes that the process of knowledge transfer between industry and university is composed of cognition period,search period,transmission period,absorption period,innovation period and feedback period,at the same time,this paper builds a process-factor model.At last,this paper gives a case to illustrate that the main ideas of this paper is functional and effective.
