Confucian Tradition of Administrative Ethics and Its Modern Value

我国正处在转型期。经济转型要求行政伦理同步转型,但目前这两种转型间仍有脱节从而存在行政失范现象,加强行政伦理建设显得尤为迫切。在此,从儒家传统行政伦理思想的发展历程及其主要内容中寻求资源,并分析其中合理因素与精华,以期找到一条适合我国当前行政伦理建设的途径。

China is in transition,social and economic transformation of the ethical requirements of the administrative restructuring of sync,and this transition is not able to overcome the gap,resulting in loss of the phenomenon of a large number of administrative,therefore,the strengthening of administrative ethics building will become more nec- essary.In view of this,the paper attempts from the Confucian tradition of Chief Ethics and the development of the main elements in the search for resources,and there's a reasonable analysis of the factors and the best in order to be able to find a suitable building of China's current administrative ethics.
