The Sustainable Supply of Rural Public Products

在城乡统筹目标下,公共产品供给的一般思路是加大政府对农村和农业的财政支持力度,强调对农村的资源倾斜配置。从本质上说,如何实现可持续的农村公共产品供给应是城乡统筹目标实现过程中需要考虑的关键问题。加强农业生产教育、加大基础设施的投入、改善农村金融结构以及完善信息沟通机制等.培养和提高农业公共产品自给能力,是实现城乡共同发展的有效途径。

To realize the objective of rural and urban development in balance,government is inclined to increasing fiscal investment to supply more rural public service.However,how to keep the supply of public product sustain- ably is an central problem which is required to consider.We could realize our finanal objective truly by enhancing the capability of self-supplymet in rural public products through these measures such as,supply more education in agricultural producing,increasing the investment of infrastructure,improving rural financing structure and perfecting communication mechanism.
