The Experience of Economic Structural Reform in China

我国改革开放主要经历了"改革启动阶段"、"目标探索阶段"、"框架构建阶段"、"体制完善阶段"四个阶段,形成了我国经济体制改革坚持不断解放思想,用创新理论指导改革实践;坚持党的基本路线不动摇,用改革和发展的办法解决前进中的问题;坚持先易后难、统筹兼顾,用渐进的方式推进改革;坚持着眼全局,在推进改革中正确处理改革、发展、稳定的关系;坚持在充分发挥市场机制作用的同时,加强和改善宏观调控;坚持对外开放;坚持原则性和灵活性相统一;坚持加强和改善党的领导等九方面的经验。

The author concluded achievement of four stages of open-reform progress-beginning,exploration,construc- tion and improvement to summarize experiences that,open up thoughts to instruct reform practices,persist basic principles of Chinese Communist Party to solve problems,insist on the overall point of view to promote reform progress and persevere the open-reform policy.Meanwhile,we need strengthen and improve macro-regulation to give a full scope of market itself.
