现代市场视野的个体自我存在方式的流变与走向

On the Evolution of Individual's of Self-Existence under the Perspective of Modern Market Development

在中国传统文化中,个体的自我存在方式具有鲜明的特点。现代社会的市场化转型的实质是将人伦关系契约化,在市场主体之间建构契约身份,而人伦关系的身份契约化也必然要求个人自我存在方式的转换。社会变革与人伦关系的流变是对人的活动的解放,趋向于人的自由。在由"身份社会"向"契约社会"的社会变迁中,个人从关系和身份中剥离出来,个人拥有西方契约论所表述的天赋人权或自然权利,从而由依附于他人转变为独立、自由、自主、自律和自决的个人。个体存在的自由与孤独之间存在着不可克服的悖反。

In traditional Chinese culture,individual's way of self-existence has distinct characteristics.In modern so- ciety,the essence of marketization is contractulization of human relations with constructing contract identity among market subjects,and this surely requires transformation of individual's way of existence.Transformation of society and human relations bring about liberation of human activitie,and contributes to human freedom.During the trans- formation from status society to contract society,individual has freedom from the restraint of status and relations, and begins to have natural rights advocated by western contract theory.So individual will not be affiliated to some- body else anymore,and he becomes a man of independent,free,self-reliance and self-discipline.There is always a paradox between individual's freedom of way of existence and loneliness.
