社会转型期中国工会的特征与展望

The Characteristics and Predication of Chinese Trade Union in Social Transition Period

结合转型期下的经济、政治、文化等社会背景对劳动关系所产生的影响,以中国工会的性质、中国的国体和中国共产党的性质三者之间的相互关联为逻辑起点,继而得出社会转型期下中国工会在本质属性上具有鲜明阶级性、广泛群众性、高度政治性与明显双重性,主体来源上具有广阔性、复杂性与分散性,组织结构上于实际效能的发挥具有一定程度的倒金字塔型结构以及社会功能上具有综合性与模糊性等方面的特征,并对构建和谐社会下的中国工会的未来进行了展望。

This paper concluded the influence of social backgrounds such as economy,politics,and culture under the transition period,to the work relations,takes the interdependences among Chinese Trade Union's nature,China's state system and Communist Party of China's nature as the logical beginning,and subsequently obtains Chinese Trade Union's characteristics under the social transition period,that is the bright class nature,widespread mass character,extensive political nature and obvious double charcter in the essential attribution,the extensity,complexity and dispersivity in the main origins,the reverse-pyramid structure to certain degree in the actual potency display in the organizational structure as well as the comprehensive nature and fuzzy characteristic in the social function.In the end,the paper predicts Chinese Trade Union's future in constructing the harmonious society.
