摘要
综合国内外学者对组织气氛的研究成果,以大量的文献为基础,对组织气氛的起源、概念、维度、作用及与组织绩效的关系等研究作了系统的回顾和总结归纳,并在此基础上预测了组织气氛未来的发展趋势,为以后的相关研究提供参考借鉴。
In this paper,we colligated research productions of domestic and foreign scholars on the organization cli- mate.Based on a large number of documents,this article reviewd and summarized the research of the origin,con- cept,dimension,role and the relation with organizational performance of organizational climate.On this basis,we predicted the development of organization climate in future.
