摘要
"三农"问题的核心是农民问题,农民问题的实质是农民增收问题。而发展农村劳务经济是转移农村剩余劳动力和解决农民增收难题的现实而有效的途径。三峡库区因所处地理位置的特殊性,承担着艰巨的移民任务。在农村劳务经济发展方面存在明显优势和劣势。在此分别就优势和劣势进行了分析,以有利于进一步探索劳务经济发展之路。
The essence of the farmer problem is the issue of farmer income which is the core of'three agricultural is- sues'.The economic development of rural labor is to solve practical problems and find an effective way of rural sur- plus labor force transferring and increasing peasant income.Three Gorges reservoir area dues to the special geo- graphical location,beared the arduous immigrant task.There are obvious advantages and disadvantages in rural eco- nomic development.The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages respectively in order to explore the road of rural labor economic development in the Three Gorges reservoir area.
