改革开放以来我国创业活动的变迁与总体特征

The Chang of Entrepreneurship Activity and Its Overall Characteristics since the Reform and Opening-up in China

新中国成立以来,我国的创业活动可以分为调整、压制、发展和活跃四个阶段。但是,直到改革开放以后,随着市场经济地位的逐步确立,才出现了真正意义的创业者,创业活动才真正在经济生活中发挥作用。在改革开放以来,我国创业活动经过30年演进,呈现出与政策环境、经济波动周期、民营经济发展、中小企业发展关系密切以及创业水平较低和良好的创业环境尚未形成等特征。

Since the founding of New China,China's entrepreneurial activity can be divided into four stages the ad- justment stage,the suppression stage,the development stage and the active stage.However,until the reform and opening-up,with the market economy status of the established step by step,the true sense of entrepreneurship arised and the entrepreneurship activity became to play a role in the real economy life.Since the reform and open- ing up,China's entrepreneurship activity has developed 30 years.And its development shows features that closely related to the policy environment,fluctuations in economic cycles,private economic development,the development of small and medium enterprises as well as the low level of entrepreneurship and a lack of good business environ- ment.
