摘要
针对传统供应商选择过程大多只面向单一供应商进行选择的局限性,本文以质量、价格、交货期和交货提前期为评价指标,以最小化综合评价值为目标,纳入供应商供货能力和价格折扣,建立面向多供应商采购多产品条件下供应商选择的数学模型,并提出基于改进遗传算法的模型求解方法。实证分析验证了本文提出的求解方法的有效性。
To overcome the limitations of conventional supplier selection process being oriented only to single supplier, taking quality,price,delivery date and delivery lead time as evaluation index,taking aggregative value minimum of evaluation indices as the objective,this paper presents a mathematical programming model for multi-supplier selection on condition of multi-production supply with different discount rate from different suppliers and the limited supplying capability of suppliers.And the improved genetic algorithm is proposed for the solution.Through an application,we prove the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
