摘要团队创新氛围是创新研究与团队研究的一个结合点,在国内相关研究尚显薄弱。本文追踪国外的相关成果,运用了目前最被认可的TCI问卷(The Team Climate Inventory),对我国21个研发团队的142个样本进行测量。分析发现在我国TCI同样具有良好的内部一致性,而且团队创新氛围的各维度存在区别度;但团队创新氛围结构与国外研究略有差异;并且,影响基础研究团队与技术开发团队创新绩效的团队创新氛围有所不同。本研究将有助于我国研发团队的创新研究,对研发团队的管理理论和实践有一定启示。 Team innovation climate is a combining site of innovation research and team research.The correlative research is relatively weak in China.This thesis reviews relative literatures,and uses the most popular questionnaire——TCI to investigate 142 team members of 21 teams.The result shows that TCI has very good internal consistency in China and the dimensions of team innovation climate make a clear distinction.But the structure of team innovation climate is a little different from that in foreign studies and team innovation climates which affect basic research teams and technology development teams are different.This study will develop the innovation research of R&D teams and microscopic view research of innovation,and it will also have significance on team innovation and team management.
