计划生育政策是我国必须坚持的一项基本国策。对其中较具代表性的未来生育政策建议方案。以及不同生育水平下的人口的预测和分析表明,实行"一胎化"生育政策具有一定的重要性和必要性。我国未来几十年不仅不能放松现行生育政策,而且还要继续把城乡的生育水平拉到"一对夫妇一个孩子"这一底线。即严格的"一胎化"生育政策。

The policy of familiy planning is one of the basic national policies which has to be persisted.Researching on the representaional planning on future bearing and the population forcasting on different bearing conditions,to some extent,it shows that the policy of one child for one couple is of importance and neccessity.In the following- several years,it should not not only be given up,but should be persisted and strictly implemented.
