The Rural Industrialization and the Transferring of Rural Surplus Labor

理论界对农村富余劳动力转移问题的研究,大多以西方发展经济学为基础,与中国目前所面临的形势不相吻合。而被人们寄予厚望的小城镇道路也未能担当起转移中国农村富余劳动力的重任。从发达国家的经验和中国目前的现实情况来看,大力发展农业,走农产品深加工的路子,延长农产品的经营链条,对缓解城乡就业压力,增加农民收入有着十分重要的意义。实践证明,农村工业化才是解决中国农村富余劳动力转移的主渠道。

Chinese academic research on the issue of the transferring of rural surplus labor,which is based on the western Development Economy,does not suit the current situation of China.The way of developing small town, which is placed hope on,cannot fulfill the important task of transferring the rural surplus labor.In view of the expe- rience of the developed country and the current situation of China,developing agriculture,deep processing the agri- cultural products and prolonging industry Chain could contribute to relieving the urban and rural employment pres- sure and increasing peasants' income.The practice proves that rural industrialization is the main method of transfer- ring of rural surplus labor.
