关于建设工程现代安全管理体系建立的思考

Thinking on Building the Modern Safety Management System of Construction

鉴于国家对安全管理的日益重视,本文就我国现阶段不断建立健全的建设工程安全管理体系加以总结和分析,详细归纳出6个方面的显著特点。同时在调查研究的基础上,阐述了国家在推行过程中存在的一些问题,并提出相应建议,以改进和完善安全管理体系,实现国家制定的安全生产中长期奋斗目标。

More attention has been paid to enforce safety management by the government, and modern safety management system has been completed which is summarized and analyzed the constantly. Then, six aspects of the notable features were summarized in detail. Meanwhile, some problems in the process of implementing safety management were investigated, then some suggestions were proposed. And only if continuously efforts are made to improve the safety management system, the national long-term goals of safety production will be achieved.
