通过对建筑工程项目决策阶段集成要素的系统分析,建立了建筑工程项目决策阶段集成管理概念模型。对于决策期的不同运作阶段,该模型既有针对性,又充分考虑了其它阶段的影响,对提高项目决策质量和决策效率,保证项目的顺利实施和运行有重要意义。

This paper analyses the elements of the decision-making phase of construction projects, and proposes the integration management conceptual model of the construction project decision-making phase based on the integration management theory. This conceptual model can offer systematized guide for a project, and guarantee the project going on successfully.
