为明确代建制的概念,推动代建制的健康发展,本文从理清我国代建制与工程项目管理和工程总承包的关系出发,提出了代建制的定义,指出了代建制是一种特殊的工程项目管理模式,与工程总承包存在对立的关系。

In order to define agent construction system's concept and promote its development, from making clear the relationship between agent construction system and project management, this paper brings forward definition of agent construction system, and points out that agent construction system is an especial project management model and is opposite to the project general contract.
