Research on the Project Management Maturity of Architecture Design Enterprise Based on Kerzner Model

基于Kerzner模型对一家建筑设计企业进行问卷调查,应用改进的最小面积法进行成熟度评价,帮助企业认清自身的项目管理现状及存在的薄弱环节。Kerzner模型可以应用于项目运作过程,对帮助企业提高项目管理能力和改进项目管理模式有积极的启发和指导作用,但目前在建筑设计行业应用并不广泛。

Based on Kernzer-Project Management Maturity Model(K-PMMM), an architecture design enterprise is investigated using questionnaire. By the application of improved least area method, project management maturity is estimated in order to help enterprise to recognize own project management status and weak links. K-PMMM can be used in the project execution and has a positive instructive and guiding role in helping enterprise to improve their project management capabilities and mode, but its application in architecture design enterprise is not extensive at present.
