风电特许权项目是通过招标方式选择财务状况好、电价合理、风机本地化等最优的项目业主。在特许期25年内完成项目设计、投资、建设、运营、维护和拆除。编制风电特许权项目管理规划和总进度计划,制定合理、可行的建设工期,是一项十分重要的工作,它涉及项目融资、风机生产、勘探与设计、施工进度和项目验收计划。

Through bidding, a project corporate will be confirmed for Wind Power Plant Concession Project. Eligible Bidder will be chosen to have adequate financial ability, reasonable electric tariff, and qualified Wind Turbine Generator System localization rate and so on. It will take to complete the project design, investment, building, operation, maintenance in concession period of 25 years. Project proposal comprises a project management plan and life cycle plan. It is very important work for confirming a reasonable and feasible construction period. Bidder will prepare a planning for Finance, WTGS Manufacture, Survey and Design, Project Construction and Project acceptance.
