摘要
在研究了现行公路工程评标办法的各种优势与不足以及公路工程招投标市场的具体状况的基础上,提出了一种用于2006年8月交通部推行的合理低价法的评分模型。
In this paper, through studying the advantages and disadvantages of current highway engineering bidding evaluating methods and concrete situation of current highway engineering market, the paper proposed an evaluating model to response the Method of Reasonable Low-price carried out by Ministry of Communications in 2006 August.
