工程量清单计价模式是一种市场定价模式,目前部分施工企业仍沿袭传统的定额模式,在投标中不具有竞争优势。本文通过分析目前施工企业在清单计价模式下所存在的问题,探讨了施工企业为获得竞争优势应采取的应对措施,包括编制企业定额、建立信息管理系统以及提高人员素质等。

The bill of quantities evaluating is a mode of market pricing. Some construction enterprises are using traditional mode of quota,so they don't have competive advantages. This paper analyzes the problems of constuction enterprises under the bill of quantities evaluating and proposes the measures in order to improve their advantages.
