摘要
建设工程全过程造价管理包含项目前期决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收等各个阶段,前期决策和设计是控制工程造价的关键,而建设工程项目实施阶段在工程造价的合理确定与有效控制中同样占据着相当重要的地位。本文结合工程实际,对如何提高项目的投资效益和社会效益,即如何做好建设工程投资的动态控制和管理提出初步的看法和建议。
The whole process cost management of the construction project includes preceding decision, design, bidding, construction process and check of complement. The key of construction cost control is preceding decision and design, while the process of implement is equally important when we decide the cost of a project reasonably and control it effectively. The paper puts forward preliminary thought and suggestion on how to raise investment benefit and economic benefit of a project combining with the practice, namely how to control and manage construction investment well.
