摘要
在轨道交通等基础设施进入大规模建设的历史机遇面前,建筑企业应加强自身的战略管理。中国中铁一局新运工程公司是轨道专业施工企业,也是专业的承包运输企业,本文以该公司为例,提出建筑企业如何进行战略管理。
Facing the historic opportunity of the large-scale infrastructure construction, construction enterprises should strengthen strategic management. Xinyun Engineering Company of China Railway First Bureau is a professional rail construction enterprise, also a professional contracting transport enterprise. This paper takes it as an example to analyse how to conduct strategic management for construction enterprises.
