设施管理及其在中国的发展

Facility Management and Its Development Tendency in China

设施管理是一门非常新的科学,尤其近些年来在欧美国家发展迅速,已经成为一个专业的整合途径。然而,我国目前对设施管理的认识还处于起步阶段,还不存在真正意义上的设施管理行业。随着世界经济一体化,中国的城市建设正在以前所未有的速度发展,中国势必在此方面与世界水平接轨,迅速起步。本文回顾了设施管理的起源,介绍了设施管理的相关理论,将设施管理与中国传统的物业管理进行比较分析,找出二者在管理范围、作用方面的差距,构建出适应我国设施管理发展趋势的理论体系框架。

Facility management(FM) is a relatively new interdisciplinary discipline,especially in some Europe countries and American.It has developed very fast in recent years.Now FM becomes a channel to integrate the resources.It can help us put all the limited resources to the key role.FM is the trend in the developing traditional property management(PM).However,it is still a new concept in China,it doesn't exist this professional work.The author makes a systemic study on the foreign FM and the difference between FM and PM,and builds the system of knowledge based on the research system above to suit the FM development in China.
