摘要
D-B模式和EPC模式是目前工程总承包模式中最常见的两种形式,它们都是按照合同约定对工程项目的设计、采购、施工、试运行等实行全过程承包,但二者在适用范围、使用特点、招标形式等方面存在着差异。本文对二者进行了比较,分析了二者的含义和各自的优缺点,以便能更加全面地了解并在实践中应用这两种模式。
D-B mode and EPC mode are the two most common forms on the mode of general contract project management.They are in accordance with the contractual agreement for the project design,purchase,construction,test operation,and the likes in the whole contracting process.However there are differences on the scope of applications,the features of utilizations,the forms of tender and so on.In this paper,the comparison and analysis of the meaning between the two,the respective advantages and disadvantages are given in order to gain a comprehensive understanding and applications on the two modes in practice.
