摘要
房地产项目投资是一个典型的高风险行业。房地产项目投资既承担着风险又蕴含着机会,为避免投资的失误,提高投资决策的水平和投资效益,进行房地产项目投资风险分析与决策研究具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文通过分析房地产项目投资的特点,对投资风险进行了分类,阐述了投资风险管理的动机、组织、目标及管理程序。
The real estate is a typical high risk trade.The real estate investment has to take risk and also get use of chances.In order to avoid the investment fault and to improve the investment dicision and investment results,it's has an important theory and practice value to study risk analyse and dicision.This paper classifies the risks according to the characteristics the real estate and expounds the motive,structure,goal and management process.
