摘要
我国房地产项目市场定位目前存在着目标市场需求判断不准确或目标客户群不明确、差异化战略实施不到位、大盘定位、缺乏对定位的全过程管理和"概念式定位"等问题。本文以某项目为例,对房地产项目市场定位的策略进行了探讨。
At present,the market localization of real estate project has some problems,for example,the judgement of the goal market demand is not correct and the goal customer group is not clear,the difference strategy isn't implemented fully,greatly entire localization,lack of the localization entire process management and 'the concept localization' and so on.This article takes a project as an example and elaborates the market localization strategy of the real estate project.
