摘要
当前我国房地产业繁荣,正处于建设高潮,为了响应可持续发展的目标,当前建筑大多要求节能率在50%以上,对于房地产开发商以及消费者如何来评价节能建筑的经济效果,结合实际给出一定的思路和方法。
The real estate booms and the construction is also flourishing in our country now.In order to implement the goal of 'continual development',most of the buildings are requested to save energy for 50% above.To evaluate the economic effect of officient-energy building for real estate corporations and customers,the paper puts forward some suggestion.
