Problems and Countermeasures of Execution of Power Engineering Construction Estimate Rating (Sunk Shaft Engineering)

电力工程建设概算定额是一套专业性定额,是全国各省市水厂电厂的工程项目建设(如水厂的铁皮沉淀池工程和电厂的循环水取排水系统工程等)在招投标领域中使用较为广泛的一套定额,笔者针对上述系列工程项目在实际执行该定额过程中的实质性问题,用实例来阐述在执行沉井工程定额过程中遇到的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出相对应的对策,以借鉴同行。

Power engineering construction estimate rating is a set of professional rating.It is also a set of rating which is used wiedely in the field of bidding of project construction of water works and power plants in each province and city of the country(such as the water works'sheet iron sendimentation tank engineering,the power plant's circulating water supply and drainage system engineering,etc.).Aiming at relevant substantial problems in the process of actual execution of this rating for the above-mentioned series projects,the author uses samples to elaborate some problems encountered during the process of execution of sunk shaft engineering rating and put forward corresponding countermeasures against these problems for fellow traders' reference.
