摘要
由追赶到跨越的技术跨越过程可划分为技术积累、技术追赶、技术跨越三个阶段,且三个阶段具有一定的重叠性,只有完成前一阶段,系统才能向前推进;而且,这个系统是由人才、资本、市场三个关键要素构成的难度自增殖复杂系统,对于这样的系统,最有效的策略是旋进方法论。本文运用数学模型及实证分析对追赶-跨越系统模式的螺旋推进的过程原理进行了研究。
Technological leapfrogging course can be divided into three stages,technological accumulating,catching-up and leapfrogging.These three stages are overlapped one by one,only when achieved the former,can the system advance.Moreover,this is a difficulty-self-increasing and complicated system,which consists of three key factors,talented person,capital and market,thus,SPIPRO methodology is the most effective strategy for this system's study.This paper makes a research about the spiral and propulsive process of catching-up and leapfrogging system mode by using mathematic models and demonstrating analyses.
