摘要
提出了高校全员聘用制形势下对博士后研究人员实行聘用制改革的基本思路,并对相关问题进行了探讨,旨在依法对博士后进行市场化管理,推动博士后事业健康发展。
Under the circumstances all-staff tenure systems are implemented in higher education institutions,an elementary idea about reformation of post-doctoral tenure systems is presented and some pertinent problems are explored in detail in this paper,in order to advance marketing managements to post-doctors according to formulated documents and devolve post-doctoral causes successfully.
