摘要
本文阐述了研究型大学技术转移的发展概况,分析了研究型大学技术转移在区域产业结构优化中的作用,并从需求、投入、行为主体以及政策四个方面探讨了技术转移的影响因子,建立了政府、企业与研究型大学在技术转移过程中的博弈模型。文章最后给出了研究型大学技术转移对策。
The paper expatiates developing status about technology transferring of research university.Then it analyzes the effect of research university's technology transferring in the course of optimization of regional industry structure,and discuss the affect genes of transferring from research university into industry based on demand,devotion,participants and policy.Based on games theory,the model of research university's technology transferring is set up.Finally the paper brings forward suggestions and countermeasures.
