摘要
在国际工程的项目管理工作中,索赔管理是承包商保护利益的行为和减少损失的必要手段,也是承包商综合管理能力的具体体现。本文构建了一个完全信息动态博弈模型,通过逆向归纳法解得两类索赔成本支付方式下七种收益的纳什均衡解,说明索赔对于合同双方,尤其是承包商的重要性,并讨论了索赔过程中需要注意的问题。
s: During the process of project management in international project, claim management is very important. It is not only a demonstration of the general ability of contracts, but also an action to protect contractor's profit and a method to reduce loss. In this paper, a model of Dynamic Game with Complete Information is designed to give Nash Equilibrium Values for seven payoff, which gained by Backward Induction on the base of two kinds of claim payments. The results proves the importance of claim, and gives attention to some problems.
