摘要
风险管理是项目管理的重要内容之一,也是项目成败的关键因素。本文结合EPC总承包项目的特点,以系统论和全面风险管理理论为基础,分析了风险的产生过程,应用层次分析法对EPC总承包项目的风险进行识别和评价,提出了EPC总承包项目在不同实施阶段风险管理的对策。
The risk management is one of project management important contents, also is the project success or failure key aspect. This article unifies the characteristic of EPC primary contractor project, takes the system theory and the comprehensive risk management theory as the foundation, analyzes the risk generating process and the characteristic, applies analytic hierarchy process to carry on the recognition and the appraisal of the EPC primary contractor project risk, and then proposes risk management countermeasures of the EPC primary contractor project in the different implementation stages.
