摘要
房屋拆迁补偿标准和新建商品房定价工作关系到社会的长治久安和广大老百姓的根本利益,近年来一直是各方面关注的焦点。国家和地方政府相继出台了许多文件和措施,一方面表明国家对房屋拆迁和新建商品房定价工作的重视,另一方面也说明了在房屋拆迁和新建商品房定价工作中还存在比较严重的问题。本文对房屋拆迁补偿费与新建商品房定价的关系问题进行了分析,力求寻找房屋拆迁和新建商品房定价工作的特点和规律,使之既能满足广大人民群众的需要,又符合社会主义市场经济运行的客观规律,达到各方共赢和构建和谐社会的目标。
The standard of house relocation compensation and the price of newly-built commodity apartment relate to society's long-term peace and the general common people's basic interest,so they are the focus which various aspects pay attention to. The country and the local authority have appeared many documents and measures. This paper analyzes the relation of the house relocation compensation and the newly-built commodity apartment price, and seeks the work characteristic and the rules of the house relocation and the newly-built commodity apartment price.
