incentive,which means inspiration and motivation,is a necessary part in the management process and activities.Team incentive is according to team work to determine the performance level of the team salary incentive compensation plan.Motivational is based on the design team incentive system,is the best incentive.This paper,through investigation and study,tries to find problems and shortages of the teacher team motivation in the western region secondary vocational school.This article analyzes the existing problems of the deep reasons and puts forward the teacher team construction measures of the western region secondary vocational school.
