摘要
近年来,为了应对铁矿石价格的不断上涨,不少中国钢企向日本同行学习,开始投资海外矿山,试图控制产业链上游,从而在市场竞争中赢得主动。然而,在目前的国际和国内经济形势下,中国企业投资海外矿山的成本高、周期长、风险大。与此同时,面对已经饱和的国内市场,日本钢铁企业的投资战略已经转型,针对发展中国家的新兴市场,建立了大量独资或合资的钢铁工厂。反观国内,仅有武钢、鞍钢这样的企业有少量的类似投资。中国钢铁企业应当树立全球化的战略意识,向次发达地区和潜在经济发达地区转移钢铁产能,创造新的利润增长点。
In recent years,in order to cope with the iron ore price rise ceaselessly,a lot of Chinese steel enterprises started to intimate Japanese peer to invest in overseas mines,trying to control the upstream of industry chain,thereby win the initiative in the market competition.However,in current international and domestic economic situation,overseas mining investments imply high cost,long period and high risk.At the same time,to face the saturated domestic market, the Japanese steel enterprises transformed their investment strategies to establish a large number of wholly - owned or joint - venture steel factories in emerging markets.Few Chinese enterprises such as Wuhan steel and Anshan steel carried out similar investment.Chinese Iron and steel enterprise should have a global strategy consciousness,and transfer steel production capacity to underdeveloped area to create new profit growth point.
