Research on the Risk Management Model of Projects under FIDIC Conditions:Taking Xiaolangdi Project Lot 2 as the Case

通过分析菲迪克合同体系的特点并结合小浪底水利工程国际标二标的实际案例,探讨在中国实施菲迪克合同条件下建设项目工程中处置合同争议与冲突的基本思路,探求进行建设项目风险管理的可能途径,以及建立链式风险管理模型的构想。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of FIDIC contract system combined with a case study of the lot 2 of Xiaolangdi Multi-purpose Dam Project to explore the fundamental ideas of dealing with contract disputes and conflicts in the project implementation under the FIDIC conditions in China,search a workable approach in terms of risk management of large-scale project and figure out the concept of risk management by setting up a chain-linked model.
