摘要
投资估算是指在项目投资决策过程中,依据现有的资料和特定的方法,对建设项目的投资数额进行的估计。如何在保证计算精度较高的前提下,采用简单易懂的方式,省去大量繁琐的工程量计算,从而确保在有限的时间内,对工程造价进行快速合理的估算,成为广大造价人员关注的重要问题。
Project investment/cost estimate is to forecast and calculate the investment amount of a project to be constructed,by using available data and specific methods,during the prior-investment decision stage.How to ensure,with high accuracy in calculation,a simple and practical method is applied to save the cost estimate from complicated and heavy load calculation,so as to ensure that within a limited period of time,the cost estimate is carried out promptly and appropriately,which has become an important issue attracting a lot of attentions from cost estimators.
