基于AHP的住房公积金支持保障性住房障碍因素分析

Analysis of the Barriers of Housing Fund Support Affordable Housing Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

在借鉴近期国内有关住房公积金与保障性住房对接相关研究的基础上,主要分析了住房公积金支持保障性住房建设的障碍因素,并采用层次分析法(AHP)对这些障碍因素进行分析,确定影响住房公积金支持保障性住房建设的关键障碍因素,进而根据分析结果提出相应的建议对策,以利于住房公积金支持社会保障性住房建设目标的实现。

Based on looking into the recent research and analysis on the butt joint of housing fund and affordable housing,mainly analyses the barriers of housing fund supporting affordable housing;and adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the barriers to determine the key barriers of housing fund supporting the construction of affordable housing.According to the results of above analysis,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to facilitate to achieve the goal of housing fund supporting the construction of social affordable housing.
