中国已成长为私募股权基金的重要投资目的地,虽然全球经济环境动荡,但并不意味着私募股权基金在中国的成长趋势发生改变。在此基础上分析房地产开发商的求钱若渴必带来私募基金的投资冲动。房地产企业融资渠道并不充裕,而房企融资模式也早已发生转变,在这种情况下,私募资金对房地产的投资值得思考和研究。
China peremptory has grown into the important investment destination of private equity capital.The paper proposes that although global economic environment unrest,this does not mean that the growth trend of private equity fund in China will change.On this basis,the need for the funds of real estate developers will bring private equity investment impulse.Real estate enterprises financing pattern has already quietly transformed.And real estate enterprise financing channels are not plentiful.In this case,private equity funds to real estate investment worth thinking and research.
