摘要
"城中村"是一个具有中国特色的概念,其改造过程牵涉着许多复杂的利益关系,因而对改造进程和速度的把握是十分重要的。由于武汉市历时三年之久的56个城中村改造计划将于2011年底完成,本文结合收集的资料和数据,对武汉市城中村改造的成效和当前市场供求状况进行分析和判断,进而对于此后的武汉市城中村改造是放缓还是持续加速以及可能产生的影响提出了一些思考。
'Villages inside a city' is a concept with Chinese characteristics,the transformation process involving complex interests,thus grasp of the speed is very important.Since the present reconstruction of the Village Plan of Wuhan will be completed at the end of 2011,combines the information and data collected on the effectiveness of reconstruction of the village inside a city and current situation of market supply and demand analysis,for the sake of judging whether subsequent transformation should continue to accelerate or slow down.
