Prediction of Construction Land with Gray Markov Model Based on Classification Thinking

对不同用地类型的建设用地采用不同的预测方法,结合居民点及工矿与人类密切相关的特点,选用人口、经济等方面的因素,对其进行模拟预测,根据交通用地和水利设施用地复杂性、多元性的特点,利用改进的灰色马尔科夫模型对其进行预测。

In this paper,different prediction methods are used for different land,combining with residential and industrial characteristics that are closely related to human activities,factors like population,economic and so on are taken into account to simulate the prediction.According to wide variety and complexity of transportation and water conservancy facilities,the improved gray Markov model is used for prediction.
